RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
Notify us of any discrepancies within 24 Hours at customerservice@discountsup.com for shortages, damages, order issues, wrong product, cancellations, or any problem with your order. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. Returns will be accepted. A 10% restocking fee plus freight will be charged. Web customers will be responsible for misshipped product if they do NOT reference the PRODUCT item code numbers and a brief description of the product on their orders. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee after receiving the product. The refund timeframe cannot be less than 5 days after receiving the product. We guarantee top quality of all the products! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product or level of customer service, simply email us at customerservice@discountsup.com to get an R.M.A.(Return Merchandise Authorization Number) within 30 days of your purchase. Once you get the authorization, send the product back to us along with your original receipt, the R.M.A. number, and a short explanation of the return. Once we have received the used and/or unused portion (including any empty bottles) you will be granted a refund or an exchange, your choice. No refunds will be granted if no product is returned to us.
DAMAGES:
One Stop Supplement Products is only responsible for damages caused by lack of packaging or UPS mishandling. We will NOT be responsible for damages due to elements out of our control i.e. weather (melting bars, freezing drinks) etc. We will not ship drinks in glass containers no exceptions.
OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCT POLICY:
One Stop Supplements will not be responsible for a product out of stock. If a product is out of stock, you have to re-order it. We will do are best to notify you if a product is out of stock.
