SHIPPING POLICIES:
U.S. CUSTOMERS:
All orders will be shipped within 24-48 business hours via UPS Ground. Free shipping over $150.00 (For US Residents Only). Under $150.00, you pay $8.50 (For US Residents Only) for shipping. We ship all of our domestic packages using UPS Ground. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery. All orders placed before 3:00 pm Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 3:00pm (MST) will be shipped the next business day. All products are boxed and packaged in protective matter (peanuts, bubble rap etc.) to ensure safe delivery. For your protection, all shipments will require a signature at delivery. Every product we sell has been approved for U.S. consumers. If you have special shipping requirements please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Before ordering please contact us via e-mail (orders@discountsup.com) so we can calculate the exact shipping charge for you again, before placing your order. We ship all of our International packages using United States Postal Service. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. All orders placed before 3:00 pm Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 3:00 pm (MST) will be shipped the next business day. We will use the best carrier suited for your order, typically we use International Express U.S.P.S. All goods are boxed and packaged in protective matter (peanuts, bubble rap etc.) to ensure safe delivery. It is the consumersÂ’ responsibility to know the laws and regulations in your country. Some countries may require additional payment for taxes and duties, this is your responsibility. We will not be responsible for seized merchandise. All International orders will be insured and require signature. If you have special shipping requirements please contact us.
Also, if you place an order and it gets shipped and then you call or e-mail for us to have the address changed or the order sent back to us, there will be a charge of $5 plus the restocking fee on an order being sent back. This is what UPS charges us so we have to pass it on.

$3.50 shipping on drinks (24/CS) & $2.00 shipping on drinks (12/CS)
Rush Delivery will be determined by weight of order. Orders out of the United States will be charged shipping based upon weight. APO & FPO orders require shipment via USPS and will be charged actual shipping fees incurred.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska REQUIRE UPS 2nd Day Air shipping and those charges are incurred by you. Please email us at orders@discountsup.com before placing your order to calculate exact shipping charges. Orders with a shipping address to a P.O. box can not be fulfilled. Select products are prohibited in certain geographic areas. Again some countries may require additional payment for taxes and duties, this is your responsibility.
